Professional Mover

No, we are not moving teams, but this has been a week full of moving.  The boys took off for a nine day road trip and I took off for Tupelo.  It is always a great feeling to plug Tupelo into my GPS...its the little things.  After a day of working on house decisions Tuesday, Mom and I spent a few days getting Mrs. Janet's house ready for a bridal shower she is having next week.  We had way too much fun and have decided it is time to be professional organizer/decorators.  We have a problem.  We know.  Today, we went to Starkville to finish moving everything out of my parents' rental house because Colton and Kaylee are moving in next week.  Needless to say, I will be sore tomorrow from loading the truck.  We took a big load to our new house! Next on the list is to move the stuff from mine and Chris' what is now rental house to our new house in Tupelo.  We are close to being done with the big moving for a little while, or until the Giants call with our next move haha.  I have a feeling I'm going to be a pro at this whole moving thing before it is said and done. It will be nice to have everything in Tupelo by the offseason so we won't have to move for five months.

Chris pitched again last night in Hagerstown, Maryland.  It was one of those crazy baseball games and I'm not sure I've ever seen a final line as weird as this one.  It shows how crazy of a sport baseball is.  Final Line: 6 IP, 2 H,  3 BB, 11 K, 4 R.  He wasn't completely happy  with his outing (not that he ever is), but it wasn't too bad!

I have loved being home and spending time with my family and friends.  I've gotten to spend some time with Emerson and my sweet friend Lauren Zuelzke. Lauren and her husband Jim have just started the adoption process.  You can follow their precious story here.  I know they would appreciate prayers during this process! I am learning through her how the adoption process works and I know God is working through them.  A precious baby is going to be very blessed to have such Godly parents one day soon!

I'm sad that my time home is about to be over, but I sure am ready to see my husband in a few days! These long road trips are not my favorite, but I am hoping to get back to Tupelo for Gum Tree. It is my absolute favorite weekend in Tupelo, so hopefully those details will work out.  I could sure use some art for our new house...Chris may disagree haha.  I guess that is the overview of the week.  I hope yall have a wonderful weekend!
