Cookbook Review: Down South by Donald Link

Have I mentioned how much I love Blogging for Books lately? I mean really, all you have to do is request a book and they send you a copy to review.  I just love it! Especially because of my new found obsession with cookbooks and meal planning.  It is so fun to get cookbooks in the mail and then sit down and plan meals from them!  It makes my organization-loving self happy!

So my latest cookbook to receive is called Down South by Donal Link.  This Southern girl just couldn't say no to a cookbook full of Southern recipes.  I love that there are so many seafood recipes in this book because I've been trying to incorporate more fish into our weekly meals.

I also love that there are classic recipes like Banana Pudding and Breakfast Sausage, but also really fun recipes like Sweet and Sour Onion Jam and Southern Bruschetta with Bacon and Tomato.  It really has recipes for everyone!

So be sure to grab a copy of Down South if you are needing some new Southern Style recipes that are delicious and beautiful! I'm thinking this might become one of my new go-to cookbooks! I'd love to hear if you have it and have tried any of the recipes! They all look so good that I don't know where to start!

"I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review." All opinions are my own.
