Cookbook Review: The Skinnytaste Cookbook


I know I keep going on and on for my love of Blogging for Books, but who doesn't love getting free books in the mail to blog about?

This week's edition of the Cookbook Review is The Skinnytaste Cookbook by Gina Homolka! I love this cookbook because the recipes are healthy, but also yummy.  Plus, each recipe has the nutrition information already done for you! For somebody that loves to count calories this is a huge plus.  I hate math, so recipes that I can cook at home that already have the nutritional info is perfect for me!


This Chicken Pasta Caprese is one of the recipes I'm most excited to try.  I love pasta, so I'm excited to try some of these pasta recipes that aren't 1,000 calories per serving!

If you are looking for a healthy cookbook that already has the nutrition info AND has super yummy recipes that don't taste "healthy", go grab a copy of The Skinnytaste Cookbook! I don't think you will be disappointed!
